Where do you deliver?
London and Greater London. But we're hoping to include more locations in the future. Watch this space.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We currently deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays for all orders made before 12pm the day before. You will receive an email on the day before your delivery confirming that your order will be arriving the next day with an estimated time.
How do subscriptions work?
You can choose weekly or fortnightly deliveries. Your first delivery will be fulfilled on our next available delivery run (Wednesdays or Saturdays) and then the same day each week or fortnight after that. You can modify, skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at anytime.
What's great about subscriptions, is that you're guaranteed your groceries and you'll save 5% each time!
What countries are the fruit and vegetables from?
The majority of fruit and vegetables are locally sourced from UK farmers and growers. Exotic fruits and vegetables are sourced from Europe.
Is the produce as fresh as what I can find at the supermarket?
It's fresher than the supermarket! We have a team that deals directly with farmers and wholesalers and hand picks the best fruit and vegetables before they go to the big supermarket chains.
Will my items be safe to eat?
Yes, but we always suggest a wash before eating or cooking.
What are you doing about COVID-19?
All updated UK Government guidelines are adhered to and all deliveries are made with zero contact. Delivered items will be placed in front of the door and we ask that you remain 2 metres from the delivery person at all times in order to maintain a safe distance for both yourself and our staff. All packages arrive in cardboard boxes in order to reduce the spread of the virus on surfaces.
Can I cancel my order?
We offer cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, as we work with multiple fruit and vegetable suppliers and delivery drivers. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, and we'll respond during business hours.
Can I change the contents of the box?
Because of the volume of orders during the COVID-19 crisis and the importance of fulfilling all orders quickly, we can't allow box customisation at the moment.
